The Client JK’s client is a family-owned Australian company that provides local employment opportunities across Ballarat, supporting their food production facility. These roles involve working on production lines while maintaining strict quality standards. The nature of these roles include packing and sorting of food products, manual hands-on labour, and carrying out low risk packing and production work. You will be working at a moderate pace, however this will require you to be physically fit as you will be working on your feet all day among team members. This position is part-time, with shifts scheduled 2–4 days per week between the hours of 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Some overtime available. The successful candidate will have: Exposure to manufacturing or food production A positive and enthusiastic attitude to your work An ability to be flexible, learn on the job and work with the business Forklift license is desirable although not essential Applicants must be comfortable working with raw meat and in a cold environment as part of their daily duties. Please Note: All applicants will be required to participate in a drug and alcohol test and functional assessment to be successful in this role.
