Introduction Who we are looking for We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our Warrnambool team. You'll be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure they're satisfied with our services. This is a permanent part-time position offering 40 hours per fortnight with a generous salary of $70,068 to $73,805 p.a. plus superannuation, pro-rata. Description What you'll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you'll: Handle incoming customer phone calls. Attend to visitors and customer enquiries. Ensure customer requests and information received are handled accordingly. Act as a source of information for members of the public. Assist with issuing invoices and following up overdue accounts. Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with One to two years of relevant experience. Clear and concise oral and written communication skills. The ability to assist and resolve customer issues under pressure. The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets.
