With a growing team of professionals and a commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented NDIS Service Administrator to join our team and support the coordination of service agreements, contracts, and client support activities. About the Role As the NDIS Service Administrator , you will play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered efficiently, in line with both contractual obligations and the NDIS Practice Standards. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of service agreements, supporting internal teams, liaising with external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate and compliant documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for contributing to positive client outcomes in the NDIS or community services sector. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, draft, and manage individualised NDIS service agreements and associated contractual documents. Liaise directly with clients, families, support coordinators, and service providers to clarify service requirements and expectations. Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with NDIS guidelines , funding rules, and contract terms. Track service performance against agreements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or delays. Maintain up-to-date and accurate client data, documentation, and records within internal systems. Support financial functions such as budgeting, invoice tracking, and reconciliation related to service delivery. Manage contract variations, renewals, terminations, and other administrative updates. Prepare and submit compliance reports, audits, and documentation as required by regulatory bodies. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures relating to service coordination, compliance, and contract administration. Skills & Experience Proven experience in contract administration, service coordination , or similar roles within NDIS, disability services, or community organisations. Sound understanding of NDIS frameworks, compliance obligations , and funding models (highly regarded). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across clients, teams, and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or case management systems (e.g. SupportAbility, Carelink, or similar). Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or Community Services (desirable but not essential).
