Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities: Lead HR AI project end-to-end with a results-driven approach. Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points. Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows. Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates. Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery. Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth and effective testing. Address various issues during the project to ensure the achievement of project goals. Provide technical consulting and support to internal users in the field of AI & generative AI, addressing their technical inquiries. Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in the Generative AI field. Proven track record of launching AI products in enterprise. Ability to lead complex AI projects with multiple stakeholders, navigating dependencies and driving to successful outcomes. Wide knowledge of GenAI and RAG strategies, micro services, MCP, A2A, recommnedation system and prompt engineering. Deep understanding of LLM, RAG pipelines, vector databases, orchestration of AI agents. Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions. Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences. Deep understanding of the AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience in successfully implementing AI application & solution for HR is a plus.
