Description and Requirements Responsibilities: Assist Transition Manager in performing project management activities. Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project Coordinate, schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings and weekly status reporting and other team meetings Following established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation Drive a focus on consistent communication and project standards internally within the project team and externally with customer Act as a point of contact for all project administrative tasks for the assigned project Utilize MS tools including teams, project and spreadsheets to track budgets, schedules, and other information. Setup and manage processes for contract management, financial management, scope management and other elements of the project management processes Oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.
