Purpose of Your Role As a Production Worker, you will perform various production activities in a food processing environment while meeting quality standards and production deadlines. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in manufacturing processes, including equipment setup, operation, and shutdown, ensuring quality standards are met. Apply quality controls during production to ensure products meet customer requirements. Work within a team to achieve production goals and deadlines. Identify and report potential hazards, incidents, or equipment problems promptly to Team Leader. Participate in problem solving activities aimed at improving production processes and workplace practices. Skills, Knowledge & Experience Experience in working in a manufacturing environment particularly food processing.
