About the Role: We are currently seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to join our Melbourne office. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of a variety of engineering projects across Victoria. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare engineering design and structural documentation for residential and commercial projects. Interpret and apply relevant Australian Standards, Codes, and local council requirements. Conduct site inspections, coordinate subcontractors, and manage construction timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to develop project workflow and improve efficiency. Analyse survey data and translate complex technical analysis into practical construction documents. Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety protocols on-site. Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in civil engineering design and/or site management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and engineering design tools (e.g., Structural Toolkit). Familiarity with Australian building codes, planning schemes, and local authority guidelines. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
