We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our dynamic and professional team. Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hairdresser who can deliver exceptional customer service and consistently high standards in hair styling and grooming. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing a wide range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction and salon excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to clients on hair care, beauty products, and current hairstyle trends Wash, shampoo, condition, and treat hair and scalp to enhance health and appearance Apply hair coloring, straightening, and permanent waving techniques using chemical treatments Cut and style hair using scissors, clippers, and razors in line with client requests Create and maintain complex hairstyles including braids, dreadlocks, and hair extensions Trim and shape beards and moustaches according to client preferences Ensure proper sanitization of tools and cleanliness of workstations in compliance with hygiene standards Schedule client appointments, process payments, and manage salon bookings efficiently Assist with the care, maintenance, coloring, cutting, and styling of wigs and hairpieces as needed Selection Criteria / Skills & Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant full-time employment as a professional Hairdresser Strong technical proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling Creative flair with strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and appointment scheduling preferred How to Apply: To apply, please send your CV through the job portal.
