About the Role About the Opportunity Service stream Technical Division have a new opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our Mobile Team on a Permanent, Full-time basis. Nature of position: Permanent Full-time Location: Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne offices Reporting Line: Senior Program Manager Key Responsibilities As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for Effectively managing, allocating and co-coordinating centralized pricing team resources, systems and processes to successfully meet project deliverables within time, budget and to a high standard of quality. Including: Effectively managing and developing staff to maximize their potential and ensuring all deadlines re: the completion of projects are met and communicated to all relevant staff Closely liaising with and reporting to clients, management and other stakeholders from quotes point of view. Budgeting and forecasting to required levels of accuracy Ensure that you fully understand the scope of work of any project or program that you have accountability for Ensure that you are able to articulate the Critical Path Items towards the delivery end milestone. Ensure that you are able to communicate the project goals and current status of work. Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure delivery as per client’s requirements This role will be accountable for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, budget and to the required quality, all in accordance with the clients policies, procedures and values Oversee the procurement and development of all suitably qualified resources necessary to meet the delivery objectives of the project. About You We are looking for a candidate who thrives in team environments which require dynamic and creative solutions to problems, In addition to the above, we require an individual with: Degree qualifications in Engineering, Building or a Property related discipline Demonstrated major project experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients Significant experience in managing Wireless telecommunication rollout projects end to end specifically Telstra and have clear understanding of the contract and deliverables. Strong technical and project deployment rollout experience in SMR and SAED.
