You are responsible for coordinating treatment and delivering nursing services for all patients. With exceptional service, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, you will directly enhance the patient experience. Your will provide information, education and support to patients before, during and after IVF treatment. Are you the ideal candidate for us? The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organisation. Understanding there are ups and down in reproductive health, our IVF Nurse will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally you will bring the following: • Current RN registration • Recent experience in IVF/Fertility nursing (desirable) otherwise minimum 3 years experience in a nursing team environment • Phlebotomy and ultrasound scanning competency (desirable) • A caring compassionate nature to nurture a patients fertility journey • Ability to apply the 5E patient experience principles- empathy, entrust, engage, empower, expectation • A willingness to work collaboratively within a fast paced clinic • Exceptional organisational and multi tasking skills • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • A willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and across other departments • A willingness to embrace the Monash IVF Group principles – Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Commitment, Create.
