• Growing, well-established private property developer • Reporting directly for Owners in a fun, fast paced environment • Mentoring and support from seasoned Development Director An exciting opportunity now exists for an Assistant or Junior Development Manager to join a nimble and rapidly expanding developer with a strong pipeline of Residential, Commercial and Industrial land projects. Working within a collaborative and agile team environment, you will provide critical support across a range of active developments. Reporting directly to the Director and working alongside an experienced team, your role will include involvement in project feasibilities, design development, authority approvals, and the delivery of civil and infrastructure works. You will also support new stage planning and releases, as well as public realm initiatives. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the coordination of consultants and contractors Managing timelines, budgets, and project documentation Preparing reports and contributing to stakeholder engagement Supporting end-to-end project delivery About You You may currently be working as an Assistant or Junior Development Manager on larger land subdivisions, or come from a related background such as civil engineering, construction, or planning.
