Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN) Configure and install network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) Monitor network performance and integrity Troubleshoot network issues and outages Ensure network security and connectivity Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations Collaborate with network architects on network optimization Document network configurations and operational procedures Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT team members Conduct network performance tuning and capacity planning. Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Participate in disaster recovery planning and drills.
