We’re embarking on the final and most critical phase of our AWS migration—taking our core production applications into the cloud. The developer and non-prod environments are already live, but we now need a driven, technically fluent Project Manager to lead the charge on production cutover. You’ll be working closely with engineering, architecture, DevOps, product, and security to ensure the migration is delivered on time, with minimal disruption and maximum engagement. ✅ What You’ll Be Driving End-to-end delivery of the production migration of key applications into AWS. Engage deeply across application teams, environments, deployment pipelines, and change control. Coordinate input from dev, cloud ops, product, architecture, and security stakeholders. Track timelines, risks, testing, and go-live readiness with absolute clarity and confidence. Keep the migration on track to meet the April 2026 delivery deadline . Tech Environment AWS (App-focused migration) Microservices & containerised workloads CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar) Agile delivery mindset, cross-functional team dynamics About You Experienced in managing cloud migration projects, especially involving application stack cutovers. Technically confident—you can talk dev, understand pipelines, and navigate modern cloud architecture. Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management—you bring people together and remove blockers. Outcome-obsessed—calm, clear-headed, and focused on delivery under tight timelines. Bonus if you’ve worked on brownfield migrations or in high-dependency enterprise environments. Why This Role?
