Lead and manage the development and delivery of system-wide employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the Department of Corrections. Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate integrated responses to the wellbeing strategy to improve employee wellbeing, engagement, resilience, retention and safety of the workforce.
