No experience is needed. Just a willingness to work hard and learn. Applicants should be enthusiastic and motivated with a desire to learn about the industry. Duties include: Pruning and Staking. Potting plants Loading Trucks Pruning and plant maintenance. You need to be physically fit as there is heavy lifting involved. You will be learning from some of the best in the industry in a great working environment.
