Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. This role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience. Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding the bookings of home based sleep studies. Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and working collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner Are you a MATCH?
