From Pre-Deal analysis, collaborating with our M&A Lead Advisory team to interpret trends and generate leads, to extensive collaboration with Financial and Commercial Diligence teams during Deals Execution, and finally, identifying and realising post-deal investment value for clients. We are currently looking for a Manager in Sydney and a Senior Consultant in either Sydney or Melbourne to join and apply commercial acumen and extract valuable insights in the fast-paced world of Deals. Utilise your hands-on experience in data transformation and bring your knowledge of data structuring and modeling (data model design, SQL, DAX, etc.), data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI), and data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, DBT) to the table. With fresh challenges to tackle, you'll find ample support and opportunities for growth. As a skilled Deal Analytics professional , you’ll be required to solve problems by navigating data and providing creative and innovative solutions to challenges. You will be able to work autonomously at times, help our clients to solve important problems and be able to clearly articulate each step of your analytical process with the Deals team and clients . In our Deal Analytics team, leverage your current experience to: Extract actionable insights that contextualise data for clients investment decisions Develop combinations of scripts, functions and workflows to manipulate data to analyse it Design analytics packs and dashboards using visualisation tools for analysis, and working collaboratively with our clients and other PwC engagement teams to create meaningful analysis Foster data and analytics adoption across the broader Deals business Mentor and develop junior staff and offshore team members Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Finance or Technology Passionate about analytics, technology, and problem-solving Experienced in data manipulation and financial interpretation Proficient in data structuring, modelling, and visualisation tools Adept at providing sound commercial insights About PwC At PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
