As part of our Commercial Packages team, you will be providing underwriting and back up support to our Underwriters and Relationship Development Managers. Supporting our brokers with quotations, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Reporting into the Team Leader, Commercial Packages you will be responsible for: Provide underwriting support to the Commercial Packages team Handle customer enquiries, complaints, opportunities and action requests on behalf of underwriting team in adherence to SLA’s. Assist with efficient turnaround of quotations, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Support with resolution and problem solving including following through research and finding for the underwriting team. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups. Skills & Experience: Experience working in Insurance or Broking is preferred A keen interested in building a career in Underwriting Enjoys learning and is prepared to do further compliance and regulatory study. Customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.
