Position Tittle: Senior Broadache Farm Worker Salary: $120,000 PA Job Description: Manages the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of broadacre crops Oversees livestock breeding programs and the rearing of young livestock Identifies livestock health and nutrition issues and manages feeding and watering programs Supervises the operation and maintenance of farming equipment and machinery Implements and enforces biosecurity measures Oversees the inspection and upkeep of farm infrastructure, including fencing, water supply, and irrigation systems Manages and operates data collection and production technologies (e.g., GPS, GIS, variable-rate tech, soil sensors, yield monitors) Supervises daily work routines and provides training to Broadacre Crop and Livestock Farm Workers
