As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead a high-performing sales function that supports sustainable growth while protecting our quality and reputation. The Opportunity This is a leadership role that blends strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales function — from managing our quoting pipeline, to driving new business, to improving our close rate and quoting systems. You’ll manage and mentor Estimators/Account Managers and work closely with Operations and Leadership to ensure sales activity aligns with business capability. Key Responsibilities Build, coach, and lead a small team of Estimators / Sales Consultants Monitor and manage incoming leads, quote conversion rates, and sales performance metrics Create and refine quoting processes to improve accuracy, responsiveness, and margin Work directly with key clients, builders, and developers to strengthen partnerships Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with our capabilities Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation and brand positioning Report weekly to the Leadership Team on quote volume, hit rate, and sales performance Support strategic pricing decisions and margin protection Skills & Experience 5 years in a sales leadership, estimating, or account management role (preferably in commercial fencing construction, civil, or trades) Strong team leadership and mentoring skills Clear communicator with commercial acumen and negotiation experience Proven ability to manage high-volume quoting pipelines and win work Experience in fencing, subcontracting, or construction highly regarded Familiarity with quoting software, spreadsheets, and CRM systems Why Join Agrimate?
