About the role Leadership: The Practice Lead for this role isBruce Anderson. Bruce is based in Brisbane and is one of 2 Practice Leads for our East Coast Data and AI practice. Bruce will be committed to providing ongoing development opportunities to help you reach your full potential. As a member of our Data & AI team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth, innovation, knowledge sharing and creativity. As a Principal Consultant / Team Leader, you will be a sales focused technology specialist, who is viewed as a trusted advisor by our clients. We will count on you to act as a Team Leader for our Melbourne Data and AI Team, as well as be the technical lead on projects, overseeing a number of Technical/Delivery Consultants on larger engagements. Along the way, you will get to: Research and evaluate client systems and architecture; drawing conclusions; and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives Discuss project scope and budget with the customer and direct the project scope to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing quality Act as a team leader on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and quality. What we’re looking for Experience as a Team Leader Significant experience in professional services, with end-to-end experience across pre-sales, architecture, design and delivery. Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions utilising a range of Microsoft Azure data platform services, including Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Analysis Services. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Extensive pre-sales experience in bids, tenders, statements of work, client presentations, and demos.
