Sydney, Australia | Posted on 27 / 05 / 2025 Department : Information Security / Identity & Access Management (IAM) About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CyberArk Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust privileged access management (PAM) solutions across our organization. This role plays a key part in strengthening our cybersecurity posture by ensuring the secure management of privileged accounts and access controls. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design : Architect and design end-to-end CyberArk PAM solutions based on enterprise security requirements, including Vault, PSM, CPM, PVWA, and Conjur. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering and implementation teams across multiple CyberArk deployments. Integration : Oversee the integration of CyberArk with enterprise systems such as LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, Windows / Unix servers, databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps pipelines. Assessment & Planning : Conduct PAM assessments, gap analysis, and define strategic roadmaps for CyberArk deployment and expansion. Governance & Compliance : Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration standards. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with InfoSec, IT, Compliance, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Troubleshooting : Act as a top-level SME for complex CyberArk issues, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and problems. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3 years specifically in CyberArk architecture and engineering. Proven experience with the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite, including designing and implementing large-scale deployments. Expertise in security best practices, privileged account management, and threat mitigation. Strong understanding of authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, Kerberos, RADIUS) and integration with IAM solutions. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.). Experience with cloud IAM and securing privileged access in hybrid environments. Relevant CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, Sentry or Guardian) are highly desirable. Preferred Skills : Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps integration (e.g., Conjur, Jenkins, Docker). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and audit requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
