We’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead Bayview Haven, a trusted residential aged care home in Portland, Victoria - a beautiful coastal town known for its relaxed lifestyle, ocean views and strong sense of community. About the Role As General Manager of Bayview Haven, you’ll combine clinical and operational leadership with a deep commitment to resident wellbeing. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care, compliance with aged care standards, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
