Who we’re looking for: A strategic leader to guide our team of Novated Relationship Managers, fostering strong client relationships and driving retention and growth across all FleetPartners market segments. What you’ll be doing: · Oversee and deliver Novated education sessions for key clients, ensuring engagement plans are met; · Develop customer engagement strategies in collaboration with marketing and digital teams; · Embrace evolving systems and technology to enhance operational efficiency and automation; · Embed CARE values in all Novated Relationship Management activities; · Manage team and individual performance aligned with strategic business goals; · Collaborate with Leadership Team to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle; · Prepare strategic client reviews for key accounts; · Ensure accuracy and integrity of all customer and performance data; · Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to support continuous business improvement; · Foster strong collaboration within the team to deliver exceptional client service. We’re looking for someone who has… · Minimum 5 years' experience in Relationship Management (Novated product experience preferred); · Background in leasing, finance, or commercial banking highly regarded; · Tertiary qualifications in business, management, sales, marketing or related fields desirable; · Proven people leadership experience; · Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset; · Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; · Willingness to travel as required. 27 days of leave per year. 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers.
