1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Business A high-growth, sustainability-focused organisation with a strong presence across the APAC region is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to join the team on an interim basis. The business is entering a dynamic period of transformation following a recent acquisition, with a clear focus on scaling operations, strengthening carrier performance, and improving customer service. With an international footprint and an agile mindset, this business is known for blending commercial discipline with a values-led culture. The Role This is a six-month contract role designed to deliver stability, structure, and strategic direction during a critical window of change. You’ll lead the logistics function, mainly focussing across ANZ as well as the US, managing international freight flows, overseeing 3PL and last-mile operations, and driving improvements across cost, service and compliance. Key projects will include a regional carrier performance review, a DC transition to a 3PL provider, and leading the logistics integration workstream following the acquisition. You’ll be responsible for managing supplier relationships, optimising inventory, and ensuring KPIs such as DIFOT, cost-to-serve and network visibility are on track. The Ideal Candidate You’ll be a senior logistics leader with at least 10 years’ experience across supply chain, freight, 3PL and warehousing – ideally with multi-region exposure. You’ll be commercially sharp, a confident communicator, and able to engage at all levels of the business. Your experience will include managing complex supplier networks, international shipping, reverse logistics, and logistics procurement. You’ll bring the presence, resilience and leadership needed to stabilise a team, influence change, and deliver results quickly in a business-critical role.
