About the Role Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, this hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead by example, mentoring and motivating your team to uphold the highest standards in service, presentation, and operational excellence. Working across six retail outlets at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, you will also support our Photography Team during both day and evening trade. This is a Tuesday to Saturday role. Lead and support the retail and photography teams across multiple outlets Deliver and maintain high standards in guest service, presentation, and team morale Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and WH&S standards Assist with rostering, stock control, and recruitment processes Create effective visual merchandising to enhance sales and presentation About You To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Retail supervision, preferably within a multi outlet organisation. Other key skills & qualifications we are looking for include: Ability to set clear goals, control resources & motivate Teams to achieve performance objectives & targets Experience with Team training to ensure excellent Guest service is delivered.
