What you'll need to succeed CPA/CA qualification A broad knowledge of accounting and general financial management . Demonstrable experience working with a chartered accounting firm with a solid understanding of compliance requirements .(BAS, Tax returns, Annual Reports, Single touch Payroll) Knowledge of Superannuation regulations and compliance . Experience with Xero accounting software is highly advantageous . Exposure as an NDIS Plan Manager would be a significant advantage . The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the team . A process and deadline-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills . Excellent oral and written communication skills . And, of course, advanced numeracy skills . This is a permnent role which can offer flexible hours (30 - 38 hours pw).
