The Role: Assist in managing a portfolio of 150 properties Conduct routine and ingoing inspections Assist in drafting leases and renewals Coordinate maintenance and work orders Support leasing consultants if required Conduct open for inspections and private appointments when required Screen tenants and manage tenancy applications Complete rental references with meticulous attention to detail The Person: Minimum 6-12 months experience in a Leasing or Junior Property Manager role within Real Estate Must hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration, valid driver’s licence, and have access to a registered vehicle Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team and autonomously Experienced leasing consultants stepping up will be considered The Perks: Monday – Friday Role, keep your weekends free!
