We are partnering with a growing digital platform who is looking for an UI/UX Designer to help create smooth, engaging user experiences across web and mobile. You'll design user-first interfaces, contribute to key projects, and work closely with a collaborative team. This is a chance to flex your creative muscles, work on projects with national exposure, and make a big impact in a close-knit team What You’ll Be Doing Design wireframes, mock-ups, and sitemaps that clearly communicate structure, flow, and functionality. Create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that reduce cognitive load and maximise usability. Use A/B testing, analytics, and feedback to iterate and improve designs. Collaborate with other designers, developers, and the product team to bring ideas to life. Work with customer support insights to help shape features that improve user experience and retention. Participate in agile sprints and ensure design keeps pace with development milestones. What We’re Looking For 3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience. Proficient in Figma and familiar with Jira for project tracking. Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles. Strong portfolio demonstrating visual flair, functional thinking, and mobile-first design. Experience across popular Aussie apps (rewards, food delivery, finance, streaming, betting, or eCommerce preferred). High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished, production-ready designs. A creative problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. Able to adapt to an informal, cheeky, fun tone of voice in design and copy. Confident working remotely and managing your own time. Must be based in South East Queensland or open to remote work with occasional in-person catchups. Highly Desirable Have experience designing in gamified platforms or loyalty/rewards ecosystems.
