Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced IT Helpdesk Support to join the IT Team at the Howard Springs campus on a permanent, full-time basis. The IT Helpdesk Support plays a key role in providing first-level IT support to staff, students, and parents, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services across the College. Reporting to the IT Manager, the role supports the maintenance of hardware, software, network systems, and user accounts, while also assisting in troubleshooting and equipment setup. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to excellent customer service. They will contribute to improving user experience, maintaining College IT systems, and supporting broader IT projects.
