Located in the welcoming country town of Forbes NSW , Jemalong Retirement Village is our 105-bed residential aged care home, and we are currently seeking a Residential Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion offering a rare chance to step into a well-established role with a strong foundation. We are looking for an experienced aged care professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. As the Residential Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 105-bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a stable master roster in place and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 2 Care Managers, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, and Operational teams.
