Building Construction Manager – Kalgoorlie, WA Location: Kalgoorlie, Western Australia Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Available Sector: Residential & Commercial Projects About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Construction Manager to join a growing construction team in Kalgoorlie. This is a senior position overseeing residential and commercial projects – including modular builds – from start to finish. You’ll lead a direct team of carpenters and concreters and be provided with your own office to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets Oversee and coordinate supervisors, contractors, trades, and site teams Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and manage risk Ensure full compliance with building codes, regulations, and WHS standards Lead and mentor teams to maintain a positive, productive work environment Maintain accurate project documentation including cost and quality records Communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in Construction or Project Management WA Licensed Builder (preferred) Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Building Construction Manager role Experience in residential and/or commercial construction Strong understanding of modular construction methods Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Projects, SimPro) Thorough knowledge of building methods, legislation, and safety practices What’s on Offer Competitive salary package Dedicated site office and support crew Ongoing training and development opportunities Chance to shape and grow a local construction team Supportive and professional team culture
