As a growing industry leader in Airconditioning, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team. About the Role As Internal Sales Support, you’ll play an important part of our sales operations, providing essential support to our external sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day customer interactions. You’ll help manage quotes, orders, and client communication, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction and sales success. Process Sales Orders, invoices and Purchase Orders Track, manage and change orders in the system and manage customer inquiries for delivery updates Coordinate and scheduling of transport for outgoing orders Monitoring of overdue Orders and re-dating due dates as required Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, branch staff and commercial team Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others Utilise your technical knowledge to commercial use and may prepare estimates and designs in accordance with sales and pricing policy Supports PM’s and Commercial Manager in sales with quotations and general enquiries. What will you bring to the role? Prior experience in an Administration role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Customer focused and good at building interpersonal relationships. Strong communication and time management skills Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Work/Outlook) and data entry skills Ability to understand Commercial Products Why join the Polyaire Team?
