Description This role includes: Complete bookkeeping to trial balance Payroll and superannuation Single touch payroll Payroll tax Workcover Termination and redundancy payments Bonus and commission payments Accounts payable and receivable Liaising with the clients, ATO and internal team members (including accountants, managers and partners) BAS and IAS preparation Assistance with monthly management reports Skills And Experiences Qualification/licenses requirements: Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar) (desirable but not essential). Current QLD Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle (essential). Experience requirements: Experience performing the above listed tasks (essential). Ability to work in a team environment and share tasks with other team members (essential). Ability to multi-task and achieve competing deadlines (essential). The ability to professionally interact with clients via email, face to face and telephone (essential). Ability to work efficiently and accurately (essential). The bookkeeping team work across multiple systems including MYOB, Xero, Reckon and Quickbooks.
