This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a WHS Business Partner to join our dynamic WHS team and the opportunity to work for a leading NFP organisation! You will assist in the delivery of proactive Health and Safety through coordination of Health and Safety Representatives; WHS communications, and delivery of WHS training; participation in WHS team initiatives. Your opportunity With integrity and resilience, you will: Ensure maintenance of WHS systems, information and data by administering in an up to date, accurate and complete manner. Ensure that WHS consultation in designated areas are effective by coordinating Health and Safety Committee/Representatives in designated services/locations, including scheduled meetings and assisting the WHS Manager with assessing the effectiveness of Committees and HSRs. Assist sites with resolving WHS issues and communicating WHS issues to Health & Safety Committees/Representatives and conducting WHS incident investigations as required by the WHS Manager. Assist sites with identifying hazards and to assess risks posed by hazards. Contribute to WHS by providing training and information to support WHS Team initiatives. What you’ll bring Your qualification and experience should include a relevant tertiary qualification or a Certificate IV in Workplace Safety or equivalent. Experience with coordination of Health and Safety Management Systems, including coordination of WHS consultation, WHS communications, delivery of training, etc. A valid NSW Driver's License.
