Site Superintendent - Civil & Bulk Earthworks - 2:1 roster We're partnering with a leading global consultancy to help deliver a major sustaining capital project in the Pilbara region. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key site-based leadership role, working on a long-term earthworks package as part of a well-supported and high-performing team. With a 12 month duration, an 11-hour day structure, and a roster that supports work-life balance, this role offers stability, strong hourly rates, and the chance to work on a major mining project from the ground up. The role offers FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster Leadership within a growing site team of up to 65 people High-profile mining project with established systems and support Exposure to a respected Tier 1 consultancy Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate bulk earthworks activities across site Manage daily contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Collaborate with Earthworks Coordinators and Civil teams to deliver to plan Report into the Construction Manager and support project milestones Oversee haul roads, access roads and associated earthworks scope Requirements Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks on large mine sites Strong contractor management and leadership capabilities Exposure to haul road construction, access roads and general earthworks infrastructure Able to work on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth Who are TSS?
