We have a fantastic full time opportunity for a Mechanical Plumbing Apprentice to work with a well established and leading building service company in Townsville to install commercial HVAC equipment. This opportunity is suited to candidates who have graduated Year 12 within the last couple of years, have a genuine interest in Mechanical Plumbing and are looking to start their careers. You will receive on the job training by working alongside some of the best mentors and tradesmen in the industry in a structured apprenticeship program attaining a Certificate III in Plumbing . Your duties will include: Assist qualified plumbers with the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems on major commercial projects Work with compressors, motors, pipe fitting and duct work Apply plumbing techniques to perform routine checks, diagnose and repair equipment Collaborate with other trades and contractors on site to complete work efficiently and safely About the Company A high profile, privately owned National Building Services company with over 1200 employees.
