This role is all about empowering children and families to thrive in their everyday lives—whether that’s in the home, at school, or out in the community. Your Day-to-Day: Deliver early intervention therapy services using a strengths-based approach Early Intervention, Paediatric Therapy, Community Engagement Conduct developmental assessments and create therapy programs tailored to each child's sensory, cognitive, and physical needs Collaborate with clients, families, and key stakeholders to set meaningful, functional goals Work both autonomously and within a transdisciplinary team framework Provide school visits and community-based support Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives What You'll Bring: Degree in Occupational Therapy & current AHPRA registration Police Check, Working with Children/Vulnerable People clearance Driver’s license and access to your own vehicle First Aid certificate Passion for working with children and delivering family-centred care Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team Why Work With Us?
