This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the financial management of a high-impact healthcare contract. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial and management reporting, driving forecasting and budgeting, and supporting operational decision-making. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Heidelberg, Melbourne. What You’ll Do Deliver monthly P&L reports with insights into performance metrics Manage cost allocations, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis Lead month-end close processes and support budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting Support payroll processing, accounts receivable, and cash flow management Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes Provide commercial support for new contracts and operational teams What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred) Experience with SAP Project Systems or similar ERP tools Strong Excel and financial reporting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A collaborative team player with a focus on continuous improvement Valid driver’s license and current police check Why Join Ventia?
