About this role: We’re currently seeking skilled Formworkers to join our growing team in Queensland. This is a hands-on role for those with a strong work ethic, broad experience in formwork and the ability to adapt across a variety of civil and construction environments 10/4 Roster 10 hour days Key Responsibilities: Set out and install formwork for slabs, footings, columns, and walls Read and interpret plans and site drawings Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew Ensure quality and compliance with specifications and safety standards Requirements: Proven experience in formwork (3 years preferred) Construction White Card (essential) Competent in using power tools and hand tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Physically fit, punctual, and reliable Own transport and basic PPE Highly Regarded (Not Essential): Relevant Trade Qualification – Concrete/Formwork/Carpenter (non-essential) Steel fixing experience (desirable) HR licence, EWP or Forklift tickets Experience on civil or infrastructure projects Bobcat, Excavator or other heavy machinery tickets What’s in it for you Great pay rates Work with industry leaders Work close to home Major projects work On-going work A variety of work each day Great company culture Opportunity to upskill Weekly pay Career development What you need to do now If this sounds like you and you’re a motivated individual looking to join a dynamic team in a growing company, then click 'apply now' or call us for more information on 0478 151 888.
