You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Identify individual needs and develop tailored therapy plans aligned with client goals. Provide high-quality clinical supports in various settings, including homes, schools, and group homes. Empower clients to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Prepare reports and recommendations in line with NDIS requirements. Deliver evidence-based interventions for: communication development, language comprehension and expression, voice control & safe eating and drinking. What you'll bring SPA Registration : You must be registered as a Speech Pathologist. Preferred Experience: NDIS and/or disability sector experience. Community Services: Experience working in community services settings is a plus. Willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home.
