You will be part of the site emergency response team by providing first response to all incidents and will be responsible for supporting the site training and HSE activities. Duties include but are not limited to: Generate and submit all monthly reports as required by AGLM Ensure safe and confidential storage of documents Maintain personnel numbers, qualifications, training and skills maintain Attend monthly KPI meeting (including completion & distribution of meeting minutes) Rostering/Shift coverage, including short-notice leave replacement Conduct site familiarisation of new staff Ensure ESO presence at site meetings as directed by the AGLM Emergency Response Coordinator ESO duties if required (as per the Scope of Works) Skills & experience Operational Leadership Training Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Client Relations Solutions Orientated Rostering How to apply MSS Strategic Medical and Rescue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
