Your opportunity Permanent Full Time, travelling across Sydney Metropolitan/Inner West/Lower North Shore/Sutherland Shire. Based across Sydney, you’ll provide in-home, person-centred Physiotherapy services that help clients maintain their independence, health, and dignity. You’ll assess needs, create therapy plans, deliver high-quality interventions, and support goal achievement while working closely with aides and care teams. With compassion and expertise, you will: Conduct detailed client assessments and create physiotherapy care plans Deliver in-home therapeutic services to optimise independence and wellbeing Escalate clinical concerns and collaborate with care teams Support Physiotherapy Aides with treatment plans and exercise programs Maintain clear documentation aligned with aged care legislation and systems Promote a safe work environment and report any risks or incidents What you’ll bring You’re a dedicated, client-focused physiotherapist who thrives on working autonomously and collaboratively. You bring sound clinical knowledge, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll also need: A degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience (community/aged care preferred) Experience delivering care in homes or aged care settings Excellent time management, communication, and digital documentation skills A current NSW driver’s licence, with own vehicle (CTP and TPP insurance required) Why Anglicare Sydney?
