Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical components of processing equipment, including lubrication systems, gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps. Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair. Participate in maintenance planning activities. Attend call outs as per call out roster. Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto our CMMS. Collaborate with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes. Be visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teams. Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by example. WHAT DO I NEED Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence Relevant Trade Qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Fixed Plant Maintenance team. Experience in Sag/Ball Mill Operations. Forklift Licence (desirable). Confined Space Ticket (desirable). Working at Heights Ticket (desirable). Shut down planning and managing experience. Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable). Proficient Microsoft office skills. Proven leadership skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships with your team. Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment. A can-do, team-oriented attitude.
