About the Opportunity The Murrumbidgee region provides a range of non-clinical support services including the Way Back Service, After Suicide Support, Standby, Community Living Support (CLS) program), Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) program, Supporting Recovery, Well Connected (National Psychosocial Service) and Service Navigator programs. These programs provide support to participants and communities across the Murrumbidgee Region with office sites located in Wagga, Griffith, Young, Albury, Deniliquin and Temora. The Program Support Officer will provide a range of general administrative functions to support these programs and efficient service delivery across the region. The primary function of this role will be to assist the Regional Manager, Psychosocial Program Manager and relevant Team Leaders with the actioning of new referrals and registering new participants in our two Client Management Systems, Carelink and PMHC MDS. Other general administrative tasks will include clerical and administrative functions, basic assistance with managing the Wellways fleet vehicles, and distributing meeting agenda's and recording meeting minutes.
