This is a hybrid role , offering flexibility along with the opportunity to work with a top CPA firm in the Cleveland market. What You’ll Do: Manage and review tax compliance, advisory, and planning engagements for high-net-worth individuals and trust/estate clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing sophisticated tax, estate, and wealth transfer strategies. Collaborate with firm leadership and other service lines to align tax solutions with business opportunities and client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. Provide technical guidance on complex tax structuring, trust taxation, estate planning, and compliance matters. Evaluate and improve tax processes, pricing models, and service delivery strategies. Mentor and support junior team members through coaching and professional development. Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation is required. Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience , with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients and related entities (trusts, estates, family foundations). Deep technical expertise in federal and state taxation relevant to HNWI and estate planning. Proven ability to lead client engagements and build long-term relationships.
