Role This Administration position provides support to the Manager Corporate Services and Corporate Services Officer. You will also; Assist the Manager Corporate Services and Corporate Services Officer in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Corporate Services (Fleet, Information and Technology and Building maintenance) Maintain the database their fleet system, repairs, services records and assisting with supplier paperwork. Maintenance of employee issued equipment – Laptop, fobs, access cards, keys, and mobile phones. To assist the Corporate Services Officer with Stationary orders, Supplier orders. Updating registers and uploading documents To assist with any other adhoc tasks. The position requires initiative and the ability to manage and complete a range of tasks with minimal supervision day-to-day. Criteria Ability to perform a range of administrative tasks including record-keeping in Quality Management software and other databases Great organisational skills and multitask skills is highly regarded for this position Ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal people and to handle cultural issues in a sensitive manner. Very good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, preferably advanced level Word, Excel knowledge.
