We’re seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners who are passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. This is a dynamic and rewarding role. You might be working with a participant in their home or in a community centre and helping them build skills and confidence in everyday environments. About the Role: Provide person-centred, positive behaviour support to participants in community settings Develop high-quality, functional and strengths-based behaviour support plans Collaborate with families, carers, support workers and other professionals Apply evidence-informed practices aligned with current clinical guidelines For senior roles: Mentor early-career clinicians, provide supervision, and lead by example in clinical excellence What You’ll Need: Tertiary qualification in: Occupational Therapy (AHPRA), Speech Pathology (SPA), Social Work (eligible AASW member), Psychology, Social or Behavioural Sciences, Mental Health Nursing (AHPRA) NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (letter required) Minimum 12 months experience in a Behaviour Support role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A current Australian driver’s licence NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check Why Apply?
