As a Consultant in Insurance team, you will working with / alongside a team of Synpulse’s brightest minds to analyze clients’ needs and requirements for transforming their business operation or technological, you will be utilising Target operating model , evaluate the business requirement and knowledge to redesign of operation structure, processes, enabling systems and effective business partnering; Design and embed end-to-end business process improvements to enhance customer experience, improve efficiency and productivity and/or reduce costs; Leverage your superb interpersonal skills and remarkable business sense to support the wider team in business development. Key Responsibilities: · Assist and support business development opportunities, including preparing client proposals and scoping client engagements · Lead detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process to support end-solutions for Clients · Support and help formulate technical designs to satisfy business requirements that help solve complex technical and business challenges for partner solutions · Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate project development, management, and delivery People Management: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling arguments at a professional level Ability to build trusted relationships with a range of clients by translating business strategy and requirements to practical technology solutions. Business Management: • 3- 5 years of professional experience in finance transformation, preferably in a consulting or Insurance environment. • Developed problem solving skills coupled with a focus on project delivery • Experienced using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc. to build business models and analyse data and MS PowerPoint to build & deliver recommendations • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualize solutions • Relevant Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business or Finance or Actuarial science
