We are seeking Production Assistants to join our dedicated team in our Production facility at Villawood. About Us At Honest to Goodness, we believe in the power of wholesome, organic living. This role will require you to: The Production Assistant plays a pivotal role in daily production operations. with a primary focus on operating and managing packaging machinery. This entails setting up and running designated packaging machines and statistical weighers to ensure the efficient packaging of high-quality products on a daily basis. Set up, operate, and monitor machines during production. Organise materials for processing and packaging. Carry out clean downs of the process/production area and machines according to procedures. Identify and report faults. Carry out equipment preventative maintenance. Batch mix ingredients. Work various production lines across our facility (as required). Comply with HACCP & GMP practices. Ensure product quality, complete quality checks accurately and consistently. Be a part of the general periodical plant and equipment cleaning. To be successful for this role you must: Have a great attitude, excellent work ethic, genuine desire to operate to a high standard Be okay with working in dusty/powder environments. Available to work any shift assigned (Monday-Friday). Shift hours are 6:30am - 3:30pm. Have a good level of English (read/understand/write). Be willing to work in a team. Attention to detail, accuracy, organized. Ideally, have a food production experience.
